Shanghai Pickleback Co is launching its 1st event Saturday, June 15. Never had the pleasure of a pickleback? The Wall Street Journal calls it: “a slug of whiskey followed by a bracing chaser shot of pickle brine, poured straight from the jar”, but we call it a salty sip of heaven. Starting at 4pm, SPC is setting up shop at Handlebar (50 Yongkang Lu, near Jiashan Lu 永康路50号近嘉善路) and serving up double shots until the pickle juice runs dry. Get ya some!
