UnTour Food Tours’ Cancellation Policies
- Cancellations More Than 24 Hours Before Your Tour: Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to tour commencement are eligible for a full refund for the tour or may be exchanged for future travel credit (subject to availability and price changes). Refunds are for the tour ticket only, and do not include any add-ons that were purchased.
- Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Your Tour: Cancellations received within 24 hours of departure, late arrivals, and no-shows after a tour departs are not eligible for refunds for any reason (including transportation or illness). Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your tour begins will be charged an rescheduling fee of US$20 per ticket.
- Small Groups (10 guests or fewer): Cancellations made more than one week prior to tour commencement are eligible for a full refund for the tour or may be exchanged for future travel credit (subject to availability and price changes). Refunds are for the tour tickets only, and do not include any add-ons that were purchased. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your tour begins will be charged an rescheduling fee of US$20 per ticket.
- Large Group (10+ Guests): All large group tours require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the full booking. Full payment is due one week before the tour. Cancellations made more than one week prior to tour commencement are eligible for a refund less the deposit for the tour or may be exchanged for future travel credit (subject to availability and price changes). Refunds are for the tour tickets only, and do not include any add-ons that were purchased. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your tour begins will be charged an rescheduling fee of US$20 per ticket.
Our tours take place rain or shine. In the case a tour cancellation due to severe weather (ie: typhoon), UnTour will make every effort to reschedule your tour for another day if possible. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable. Gift cards must be used by the expiration date. Refunds for tours purchased with gift cards will be given in credit with the original gift card’s expiration date.
- UnTour Hong Kong’s Cancellation Policy: Tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We are unable to cancel or reschedule your tour. However, if Foodie Tours are canceled due to inclement weather, we will be glad to reschedule your Foodie Tour based on availability or refund your ticket purchase in full.
- Severe Weather in Hong Kong: Our tours will still be in operation under Amber Rainstorm Signal or Tropical Cyclone (Typhoon) Signals No. 1 or 3. Tours will only be cancelled when Red or Black Rainstorm Signals or Tropical Cyclone (Typhoon) Signals No. 8, 9 or 10 is hoisted. In case of inclement weather, please check the Hong Kong Observatory website or the TV for the latest weather information. In the case a tour cancellation due to Red or Black Rainstorm Signals or Tropical Cyclone (Typhoon) Signals No. 8, 9 or 10 , UnTour will make every effort to reschedule your tour for another day if possible. If we are unable to do so then we will refund your booking in full.
- Cancellations More Than 48 Hours Before Your Tour: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to tour commencement are eligible for a 50% refund for the tour or may be exchanged for future travel credit (subject to availability and price changes). Refunds are for the tour ticket only, and do not include any add-ons that were purchased.
- Cancellations Less Than 48 Hours Before Your Tour: Cancellations received within 48 hours of departure, late arrivals, and no-shows after a tour departs are not eligible for refunds for any reason (including transportation or illness). Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your tour begins will be charged an rescheduling fee of US$20 per ticket.
