Position Description
The General Manager of UnTour Food Tours oversees the daily operations of Shanghai & Beijing, including marketing and business development as well as other managerial tasks. This position offers the opportunity to grow and travel as UnTour expands into new markets. The position is based in Shanghai.
Required Skills:
- Fluent English/Conversationally Fluent Mandarin
- Ability to effectively manage people and complex projects, as well as multi-task
- Excellent attention to detail, communication and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
- Ability to learn quickly on the job
- Ability to work with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Positive attitude
- Love for China and Chinese food in particular
- Extensive China experience and knowledge
