How to say ‘Face Bacon’ in Mandarin Chinese

What is it?

You’ll generally only see this around street festivals and in the butcher shops around Chinese holidays. This particular one is from a street vendor in Hangzhou. You may even seen them in your local Carrefour – keep your eyes, erm, peeled! You may see the characters 猪脸 on menus that have pig snout as a dish or appetizer as well.
