This is a special dish famous in Beijing that we have not been able to find in Shanghai. All the more reason to seek it out while you’re in China’s capital city. Take everything you love about guotie and other style of fried dumplings and then expand it into this XL edition. It can be stuffed with a variety of pork and veg options, and really the possibilities are limitless. If you see this on a menu, don’t hesitate to expand your dumpling horizons!
